How do you write about a weekend that changes your life?

Buck Reed I crossed over from spectator to player! In one weekend I now know what it feels like to be part of a winning team and know I contributed my best. Each step of the way, Buck was there to guide, mentor, and support me and everyone else. Every word he shared was positive even through I had never played flag football, baseball, in my life... he know how to help me feel like a success with each step. He rewarded each action I took and made me feel valuable. Through the experience of the weekend of play, connection, support, inspiration and education the realization of how I was holding myself back was clear. The "story" about my physical limitations that kept me from playing, also impacts my ability to play full out in my business. I have been holding myself back in business and in life. That stopped this weekend and a new me was born! I promise to play more and talk less; to engage in life from the passion that is me! And to be in-service to those who want to play with me and hopefully inspire everyone to live their dreams whatever they may be!

What I see now that we're creating here is not just a business, no, this is so much more. I grew up playing sports and wasn't exactly a "team player". Buck - You are an amazing human being! It was such a pleasure being on your son Jet's team this weekend at Fall Brawl! I had no idea until I saw him in action just how profoundly your ideas can affect us at all ages and wherever we are at in life. With Jet stepping up into the role of quarterback at the Flag Football game, we were unstoppable and yet most of us didn't know each other very well if at all. He is a truly great person and yet so young. I can see him becoming successful at anything he puts his mind to!

I totally understand now what you mean about becoming a true team - a team is like a family. Together, when you utilize each others strengths, we are truly more powerful than as individuals. And, this industry, network marketing, is the closest thing to team sports, as you've said! Thank you so much for this weekend at fall brawl. It was a Life changing event for my family as well as myself. My daughter Mia's words are it brought me out of my shell of being shy and made me try new things that I never thought I was good at. I also met many friends. kids as well as adults that taught me the importance of bonding with people you have never met before. Mia age 10 soon to be 11 in 3 days.

Katelyn, My somewhat adopted daughter who I have looked after since the age of two. Age 12 now. Her background is of a drug and alcohol family born under the influence. One day her mother asked me if I could take Katelyn off the school bus as she said she had a job interview so I did and the mother never returned. She lives across the street with her father who is also a alcoholic from many generations. I have watched over her since we moved here 10 years ago. pretty much 24-7. She has very low self esteem she is incredibly brilliant in fact I believe she was brought to this world to be a parent to her parents and grandparents . And I have always been destined to help her change the pattern of her family tree and really become something she can be proud of. This weekend was a Life changing event for her. She was happy, went through some break throughs of crying and truly believing if she put her mind to believing she could do it she really could do it. She said for the first time in her Life she felt like she was good at something. She felt Like she bonded with a new family. Both Mia and Katelyn went to school the next morning wearing their tee shirts and medals and were very empowered and Proud. And for me It was so amazing to watch the girls go through these different emotions and in the end feel so strong and empowered. I went there wanting the girls to feel this and know that if they set their minds to something and truly believe they can do it it can happen. I also wanted to learn skills on how to be a great coach and between Mary who was the captain for Orange Crush and the incredible movies as well as our amazing team who really worked with each others strengths I was fullfilled. I am so looking forward to Vancouver and also future events for the family. Including the family is huge for my success as well as theirs. I cannot thank you more. Love and blessings to you...

I have know Buck for almost 15 years and have never seen anyone help more people than him. Yes he is a great trainer and speaker but anyone who really knows him has seen him stop and change people's tire on the side of the road or help someone get out of a ditch that is stuck. I just went to my first training with Buck Reed and it was so good! Ive had a couple of training weekends through other home businesses but nothing like how Buck presented. When I met Buck Reed I had been just re-diagnosed with cancer at stage 4 which shocks you into seeing life on earth can be very short. Despite going to the elite Stuyvesant High School in NYC and later to Georgia Tech to get degrees in from the School of International Affairs and the number one ranked School of Industrial and Systems Engineering, one quality that was preventing a lot of success in my life was my communication skills. I met Buck Reed in July of 2002. Over the past 5 years,Buck's teachings have been part of my personal and professional life.

Buck taught me about the importance of personal self discovery and goals in 6 key areas – spiritual, emotional, social, mental, physical, and financial. Whenever I feel like things are spinning out of control,I review my goals to see which one is out of balance.

Buck Reed, where do I start?!?! I had the privledge of meeting Buck almost 2 years ago and things have never been the same since. The impact he's had on me both personally and professionally go way beyond anything you can measure or will ever be able to measure.

I've been to a lot of trainings before where all they said was you can do, you can do. But never did they mention how to. There is a wrong way to build a business, and its painful to learn.

I was only able to attend the training on Sunday, but was able to gain some very useful knowledge in a little bit of time. I flew from upstate NY out of three feet of snow to attend your Basic Training with a PT leader. After Saturday, I was so inspired that I called my Florida PT and emphatically said you have to be here tomorrow if you want your business to take off! Three came and were blown away! I have had two presentations today and am looking at having my team explode. To invest in your business, to have the finanical and time freedom, AND to have it all a tax write-off, BUCK'S TRAINING is a MUST for anyone serious about success. I have been doing network marketing now for 2 years and I have been doing most of the work all by myself. I learned from Buck's seminar easier ways to do what I was doing and better ways to close which was my weakest link.
I have also come to the realization that I am building a team, and I can't keep doing all the work. So I am now going to try to light a fire and train some of my people that are outside of Florida, so they can be a smarter and better sales force. Which should help not only them but benefit the whole team. And those that are within the Florida area, I am going to have each of them come to the Training in May. I am so thankful that i got to spend time at a TRAINING with Buck Reed!! And I can hardly wait till the next one. I have been with YTB for two years and I am at the level of RTA. Buck keeps it real and fun and gets alot of involvement from all the participants throughout the weekend. I think what I learned the most from his Basic event was how to talk and to promote and work this network with correct talking. My favorite part of the weekend was the volume of this Basic Training,. It's unbelievable for the amount of knowledge that comes out of this training is useable and by using this, I will build my sales force and accomplish big results. I have been with YTB for one year and am a PT Leader. I learned how important it is to "create a frenzy", stacking teams and learned the techniques to grow my sales team. I realize finding a system to plug my team into is very important.

I've been with Coca Cola for over 20 years and in YT for 6 months. There are so many tools that we learned in one MVP Retreat weekend. I started to apply some the first day. The statement "Do you believe in keeping your career options open" using that, I spoke with 4 different people about coming to an open house on Sunday. I learned to be committed and consistent in managing this business. The importance of trainings and direction. My favorite part of the weekend was seeing the devotion and inner spirit that Buck brings to the training.

Buck is awesome!!! The Basic Training Event with MVP in Clearwater was awesome, just what I was hoping. I needed help approaching my contacts about my business and I was given tons of incredible information and really learned the correct way to present the opportunity.

I now have a plan, know how to handle objections, recruit 7's and higher and think positive always. How to use my upline's story. I can go on and on!! It was an awesome weekend with MVP. Words can't describe my inner feeings for the success I will have from this training. I love the knowledge, knowledge, knowledge and techniques Buck taught me. First year in this business and I was left alone and isolated. God kept me in til I met the right people and now in the MVP Basic training and gaining confidence. I am 2 people away from Coach's Corner, but am confident I'll be there by the end of this week thanks to this basic training with MVP. Learned to understand the difference and acceptance of people. It’s OK TO BE ME with MODIFICATION. Came to the Basics and learned a lot and felt maybe I could do this. Came to Advanced training and learned a lot moreâ€"”know I can do this all things are possible with God”â€"and God is using Buck to make things in YTB possible for me.

I came to the Advanced Training a little hesitant. I kept an open mind and learned ALOT. What we were taught is method that will help grow our YTB business but also in our personal life. These methods also help in our current J.O.B.(jut over broke) positions.

It’s a new me. Buck opened my shell, taught me how to use the tools I already had. Will definitely be at the BMW next month. Never felt better about myself and YTB until I met Buck. Thank you. YTB planted the seet, but Buck watered it and watch me grow!!!

I found this training to be enlightening. I started to pick up different nuggets that would be useful to me in the growth of my business and myself. The 2nd day personality types and how to use them was especially great for me. I am able to understand things bout myself and where I need to make some adjustments to communicate with all types of people.

I am only 21 years old and I feel extremely lucky to be able to learn from someone like Buck Reed/. I have attended 3 trainings and found each one worth my time and my money. The "real life" demos with STACY and the follow up from that "real life" was so helpful. The second big YES with the TRIADS where we get to role play was so powerful. Having heard the cds over and over beforehand also made this weekend more powerful. Even though I attended on day 2 of the training, I learned more in 6-8 hours than i would any other type of training course offered. Before I met Buck Reed in 2004, I had to break a lawin order to get a thrill.Idid not know how to have fun. I could tell he had something I wanted. So I started hanging out with him as much as I possibly coul, knowing that he has the knowledge that set him FREE….bringing the best out of me.Now, I love my life , it's not always perfect, but I love it anyway!!!

I was introduced to Buck in another business venture. I learned so much! I learned how network marketing really works. although I was in a abusive relationship, this was the happiest times I had in my marriage when my husband and I attended his workshops, listened to his cd's and applied what we learned financially. I know that part of the reason I got out of this relationship was in part from what I learned from him. Now, I am on a new page in life. I owe the success I now have to Buck Reed he taught me everything I needed to learn that finally lead me to my success such as: marketing systems, becoming more on the inside.

Warm marketed did not work for me in fact once Buck Reed told me I had the most close minded warm market he had ever meet.

Some people might think that was rude. He was trying to get me to use my mind to figure out a way for it to work for me.

I use what Buck Reed taught me and used it with internet marekting. The company I am apart of now I hit the top level in that comapany (diamond) in about 12 hours because of what Buck Reed taught me and learning about internet marketing and finding a great team.

I want to say thank you Buck Reed. You told me If I make it I will make it for no other reason than my persistance and I finally did.

First and foremost I would like to acknowledge Kristin. We will all miss her, we will all remember her.

I have been to 2 trainings (So far) and have been listening to those awesome CD's! Buck and Kristin have certainly impacted my life and changed it for the better. I am doing great but the biggest change is my "shy" wife Jennifer. She has become Mrs. Bond and Terminates all in her path, it's amazing for me to watch her work, awesome! Outside of the business world I am already seeing subtle changes in my personal behavior. For instance, I was cooking dinner and dropped 2 eggs on the floor. This would normally result in a barrage of inappropriate language and a bad mood after, instead my immediate response was…"that was awesome…interesting." Anyone who has listened to Bucks CD's or better yet , met him in person knows exactly what went through my head when I realized what had happened just then…the words "Thank you Buck" and a smile.
